The jail at 6:35 is NOT a Jail. Its a 2 holer ladies outhouse, removed from the Fort Dodge ballfield out east of Dodge City. They just put bars in for doors and windows and covered the holes. LOL I used to work at Fort Dodge and no where it sat.

Thank you for the information that mud was used as mortar. Difficult to find that information anywhere on the internet and hard to go there and check when you live in Europe and I forgot when I visited the Anasazi ruins as I was just a kid. It looks superficially like rubble masonry in many European castles, but there real mortar was used making it much more stronger and there was a great difference between the facing of the walls and the inside, whereas it all seems the same.

All that work and they forgot to put a shell in it.

At the NRA Whittington Center in New Mexico , I watched a 1,000 yard target match between competing Parrot Guns ,with the winner winning by hitting targets over and over again within a couple of inches of the losers. Amazing how accurate they were firing 11 pounds lead rounds.

Does anyone watching this video know that another one was being restored to flying condition at Vultures Row Avation in Cameron Park, California? I was privileged to visit there during the project, living close by in Sacramento. The owner mentioned the Fagan restoration. Since then it seems info about this aircraft has fallen off the face of the Earth.

Everyone "firing" cannons these days, but ain't nobody actually seating a projectile... let alone anything interesting. Come on guys, black powder is unregulated... and is more than enough to take on the ATF. Round shot is fine, but fragmenting explosive 30 pound artillery is what your audience actually wants.
